Its texture is creamy, but it retains clarity and tension. For those who love prestige cuvées, it’s a bold, modern expression that leans into roast, spice, and exotic fruit while still rooted in classic Champagne style.
The 2015 vintage experienced climatic contrasts: a cold spring, followed by intense heat and sun in summer, then beneficial rains late in the season that helped balance ripening.
The blend is 51% Pinot Noir, 49% Chardonnay.
Alcohol by volume is 12.5%.

"The 2015 Dom Pérignon is terrific. Bright and poised, the 2015 shows terrific energy. Citrus peel, white flowers, mint, white pepper and slate all race across the palate. There's gorgeous tension and backbone here, with bright saline notes that extend the mid-palate and finish. This is a fine showing in a vintage that has proven to be tricky.
