• Produced by Jean Collet & Fils, with Gilles and Romain representing the new generation. The grapes are 100% Chardonnay, hand-harvested from estate vineyards on the Villy plateau. 

• Made in the traditional méthode champenoise, with a minimum of 24 months' aging on the lees in bottle plus an additional 9 months post-disgorgement for added richness.
