Lively, refined, and wonderfully expressive, the Jacquart Champagne Mosaïque Rosé unveils vibrant red fruit framed with delicate floral and mineral undertones. Presented in a lively salmon-pink palette with elegant bubbles, it's both joyful and sophisticated—beautiful as an aperitif or paired with festive cuisine.
Founded in Reims in 1962 by a collective of growers, Champagne Jacquart now sources from over 60 carefully selected crus across Côte des Blancs, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Bar. The Mosaïque style blends 44% Pinot Noir (including around 16% still red wine), 33–34% Chardonnay, and 21–23% Pinot Meunier, with 25–35% reserve wines. Aged a minimum of three years on the lees and finished with a dosage of around 9–10 g/L, this non-vintage Rosé is both textured and balanced.
Appearance: A vivid salmon-pink with persistently fine, elegant bubbles.
Aroma: Aromas of sliced strawberries, raspberries, yellow peach, red currant, and rose/elderflower, with subtle autolytic brioche notes.
Palate: Fresh and fruity—strawberry, red berries, and fresh peach overlay a chalky, mineral-driven textural spine. The elegantly fleshy palate and persistent acidity lend length and grace.
Finish: Crisp, mineral-etched, and clean—long, precise, and invigorating.
