Sourced from the Perrières block of Montmains, prized for its Kimmeridgian marl and limestone soils. Romain emphasizes purity here—fermenting and aging exclusively in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with no lees stirring.
Aromas: More floral than typical Chablis, with enticing notes of citrus confit and gentle spice.
Palate: Medium-bodied yet refined—exhibits both volume and finesse, anchored by expressive minerality and lasting balance.
