🌱 Origins & Terroir

• Crafted by Rémy and Éric Estrade from estate-owned vineyards near Fourcès in Gascony, within the Côtes de Gascogne IGP region

• A blend of 60% Colombard, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, from 30–40‑year‑old vines farmed organically and harvested early in the morning to retain freshness 

🧪 Vinification

• Fermented in stainless steel, with controlled temperatures and subtle lees aging to enhance texture without overwhelming the crisp profile

• Fully organic since 2022, aligning with Estrade’s sustainability efforts 

👃 Aromatic Profile

• Bright and expressive, offering intense citrus aromas, especially lime zest, alongside ripe lemon and white fruit notes 

• Fresh tropical hints—pear, passionfruit—and subtle floral and green-herb accents

• Zesty, light-bodied, and explosively crisp: expected flavors include gooseberry, grapefruit, citrus, and tropical fruit with a clean, expressive finish
