100% Chadonnay
Bright yellow color with golden hints. The nose is intense, with a bouquet of white peach and grapefruit, and hints of vanilla buttered notes. The mouth is full bodied, round and juicy.
This Chardonnay is sourced from the beautiful far south-west of the Languedoc region, near the foothills of the Pyrenees. The vineyards here enjoy a wonderful climate with a wide temperature range, plenty of sunshine, and the refreshing influence of the nearby ocean. These conditions give rise to ripe Chardonnay grapes with a lovely acidity
