A classic Rhône white made from a field blend of Roussanne (≈60%), Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Bourboulenc, sourced from sunny, limestone-rich vineyards in the southern Rhône. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees for 5 months, this cuvée balances purity with texture.
A captivating, nuanced bouquet reveals fresh orange blossom, white peach, acacia, apricot, fennel, and delicate floral tones. Subtle almonds and herbal nuances add intrigue.
Medium-bodied and clean: vibrant stone fruit (peach, apricot), citrus, and melon unfold alongside stony minerality and gentle saline. Silky on the palate with a rounded mid-palate and refreshing acidity.
Lingering and enticing: a snap of lemon-saline zest, a hint of ginger spice, plus crisp mineral tones make it a sip-worthy finale.
