Wine Spectator 90 Points:"Fresh and inviting, with more fruit and depth than many of its peers. Offers a plum and cherry puree profile, laced with floral and red tea accents on the finish. Drink now through 2022."
Wine Enthusiast 88 Points: "Vinified entirely in stainless steel, this is a fresh-fruited, 60/40 blend of Syrah and Grenache. Briskly concentrated flavors of red plum and sour cherry have a zesty, mouthwatering bite softened by fine, silky tannins and a murmur of granite minerality on the finish. Best enjoyed now–2024."
Robert Parker 87 Points: "Delas does a fine job with its regional wines and the 2019 Cotes du Rhone Saint-Esprit is another success. Notes of garrigue accent black cherries and red berries in this medium to full-bodied effort. Not as richly textured or plush as the Ventoux, it's perhaps more of a classic-style Rhône blend marked by smooth tannins and savory hints of roasted meat and black olives."
