St. George Pear Brandy is a clean, elegant, fruit-driven eau-de-vie made from Bartlett pears that captures the purity, perfume, and texture of ripe pear without added sugar. At 40% ABV, it delivers bold pear aromatics, a dry palate, and nuanced spice, making it excellent neat or a standout in cocktails.
Made by St. George Spirits, a craft distillery in California.
Produced from organic Bartlett pears, whole fruit, using about 30 pounds of fruit per 750 ml bottle.
Distilled in copper pot stills to preserve aromatic fruit character.
Unaged / no barrel influence; it's an eau-de-vie style (i.e. fruit brandy), with no added sugar or flavoring—just the pears.
