"Scott and i wanted to make a barrel aged gin that didnt taste over-oaked or bitter . We monitored the progress of the aging process closely and when we tasted it at around 4 months , we knew it was ready ! The Golden Owl is perfect over ice with one of those delicious fancy cherries or two fancy cherries ! Give it a try , you'll like it ! "
