St. Agrestis Amaro is a bold and balanced American amaro crafted in Brooklyn, New York. Launched in 2014, it has become a standout in the modern amaro scene, known for its spice-forward profile and meticulous production process.

This amaro is made using twenty botanicals—including herbs, spices, flowers, roots, seeds, and citrus—each individually macerated in cane distillate. This approach allows for precise extraction of flavors and aromas. The resulting tinctures are blended and aged for sixteen weeks in ex-bourbon barrels, imparting subtle notes of toasted vanilla and enhancing the integration of flavors. 

On the palate, St. Agrestis Amaro opens with intense baking spices like cinnamon, clove, and allspice, followed by a refreshing wave of spearmint and peppermint. The finish reveals green, savory notes complemented by nuanced sarsaparilla root, creating a harmonious and complex flavor profile.
