🌱 Origin & Terroir

• Made from 100% Vermentino grown on south–southwest facing slopes near Sarzana at ~100–120 m elevation, in silty-clay soils, farmed organically/biodynamically

🍇 Aromatics

• Shows expressive aromas of jasmine and cherry blossom, layered with white and yellow-fleshed fruit (pear, green apple, lemon zest) and lighter floral tones 

👄 Palate & Texture

• Bright and refreshing, medium-bodied, with flavors of green apple, white peach, ripe citrus, and a clean saline streak.
