The Moro di Rinaldini Lambrusco Reggiano Secco is Lambrusco at its most vibrant: bone-dry yet plush, where wild plum, violet, and savory spice deliver both vibrancy and depth on a foamy, refreshing canvas.
Hailing from Reggiano in Emilia-Romagna, this sparkling red is crafted using 100% Lambrusco varietals (such as Marani, Salamino, and Ancellotta). Harvested in early October, fermentation occurs on the skins (in rosso), followed by a secondary bubble-creating fermentation in autoclave tanks under controlled temperatures using cultivated yeasts.
Appearance & Aroma: Deep ruby-red with a lively red foam, pouring beguiling notes of red fruit, prunes, wild plum, and violet.
Palate: Round and lush, delivering lush black fruit balanced by sweet spice, earth, and savory nuance, all framed by a bright, cleansing acidity.
