🌱 Origins & Style

• Crafted from 100% Cannonau (Sardinian Grenache) grown on calcareous soils in Serdiana/Ussana vineyards (45 years old) at ~150–180 m elevation

• Fermented and aged in stainless steel and concrete tanks for ~6 months—no oak influence—then rested a few months in bottle before release 

• Centosere ~ “a hundred evenings”
