It’s compelling now but promises refined evolution with proper cellaring.
Producer: Pio Cesare, from the famed Mosconi cru in Monforte d'Alba. “Fides” represents their bold commitment to elevating Barbera to the status of single-vineyard greatness.
Vintage & Specs: 100% Barbera, 14.5% ABV, aged approximately 20 months (mainly in large oak barrels, with a smaller portion in French barriques).
Yield: extremely low yields and rigorous grape selection, resulting in very limited production.
Appearance: Deep ruby-red with purple reflections.
