Origins & Craftsmanship

This bourbon begins as a straight bourbon whiskey (corn-based mash, aged in new charred white oak) and is then finished in three distinct types of barrels: Oloroso sherry casks, Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and cognac casks. According to the producer, each bottle shows the layered influence of those cask finishes. The product is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). Although exact age statements vary by batch, the whiskey is matured several years before the finishing process.
