Crafted in Yilan County, Taiwan, Kavalan harnesses high humidity and pure meltwater from Snow Mountain to accelerate maturation—and infuse its whiskies with vibrant character. Expression No.1 is aged in a selection of refill casks, allowing the distillery’s signature fruity profile to shine through unobstructed by heavy oak influence.
