🏭 Origins & Maturation

• Produced by Kavalan in Yilan, Taiwan—renowned for their accelerated whisky aging in its humid, warm climate

• Matured exclusively in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks (vintage 2016), the same stock used in their cask-strength Solist series, then reduced to 46% 

👃 Nose

Rich and concentrated:

• Dried and preserved plums, raisins, and damson jam

• Warm dark chocolate, cocoa powder, oak, and a hint of malt

• Subtle spice notes—cinnamon and pepper—and nutty undertones
