Produced in Spain under the Bonanto label, this aperitivo is built on a base of white wine and enriched with over 30 Mediterranean-origin botanicals including wormwood, basil, bay leaf, thyme, and citrus peel. A natural vegetable colouring (black carrot) gives it its ruby hue, and the sugar content is deliberately kept lower than many comparable aperitifs—enabling a cleaner finish. The result is a versatile, modern take on the classic aperitif tradition.
Nose: Lively and aromatic—fresh citrus peel (orange, lemon) rises alongside ripe cherry, basil leaf and subtle ginger spice.
