Crafted by Choya—the world’s largest producer of authentic umeshu—this expression is made from just four ingredients: Kishu Nanko ume, kokuto (100% brown sugar), cane spirit, and Jamaican dark rum. Each 720 ml bottle incorporates around 165 grams of ume fruit
