Faretti Chocolate Biscotti Liqueur delivers a gourmand experience—think liquid biscotti with chocolate. It bridges dessert and digestif, bringing nutty warmth, gentle sweetness, and a chocolatey twist without being overly cloying. It’s excellent neat, paired with coffee or dessert, or used to elevate cocktails. While it’s not a heavy spirit, it’s perfect for when you want something flavorful, comforting, and characterful rather than intensely bitter or smoky.


Origins & Craftsmanship

  • The Faretti line is made in Northern Italy (Trentino / Dolomites region) by Giori Distillati Trentini in collaboration with Chatham Imports

  • It is modeled after the flavors of cantucci / biscotti cookies baked in brick ovens—almond, citrus peel, fennel, gentle caramel—infused into a clean spirit base. 

  • The “Decadent Chocolate” expression adds a chocolate dimension layered on top of the traditional biscotti profile.

  • Bottled at 28% ABV (56 proof)

Palate / Taste Nutty almond and toasted almond cake, caramel, vanilla, subtle orange peel or citrus brightness, soft fennel or anise whisper, and chocolate notes (in the “Chocolate Biscotti” version) that amplify richness without masking.
