Produced in the Cognac region (Grande Champagne, 1er Cru) of France, this liqueur begins with eaux-de-vie from the Peyrot estate. These are then artfully blended with distillate or maceration of ripe Williams pears harvested at peak maturity. The final liquid is aged for approximately two years in white-oak barrels, integrating the pear character with the Cognac’s smooth, mellow wood influence. The alcohol strength is 30% ABV.
