Lobos 1707 sources 100% Blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico. This Añejo expression is aged approximately 12-18 months in new American white-oak barrels, then finished in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry wine barrels using the solera method. The sherry-cask finish imparts extra depth and complexity, while the limited-edition bottling underscores rarity and craft intention. No additives, full-flavour intent and attention to both tradition and finishing innovation define this release.
