🌵 Origin & Production

• Agave: 100% wild Maguey Coyote, a subvariety of Agave Americana, harvested after ~14–16 years in Oaxaca’s Miahuatlán highlands by Pedro Vásquez 

• Distillation: Open-air fermentation followed by traditional double distillation in copper pot stills, capturing the essence of the terroir 

• Packaging: Sixth in the limited-run “Black Bottle” series launched in 2017 for rare wild-agave editions—only a few hundred bottles produced annually 

• ABV: Bottled at approximately 52.8%.
