High-quality malt (100% malted barley) distilled through a Coffey still, a continuous distillation method traditionally used for grain whiskies. This unorthodox approach gives it an attractive texture and complexity
No age statement, bottled at 45% ABV and matured in older ex‑bourbon casks
Nose: Inviting notes of candied lemon peel, honeyed spices, vanilla, banana bread, and oily butterscotch—layered with gentle nutmeg, cinnamon, and a touch of green apple
