Origins & Legacy

• Crafted by Nonino Distillatori in Friuli, Italy, this grappa launched the modern single-varietal (Monovitigno®) approach in 1973, a turning point in grappa’s evolution.
  

• Made exclusively from pomace of the Picolit grape, a rare and highly treasured variety known as the “queen of grappas.” Distillation is artisanal, using copper steam stills.
  

• Bottled at 50% ABV in meticulously handcrafted spherical flasks, often numbered and celebrated for their aesthetic and legacy.
