This rosé blends 72% Grenache, 26% Cinsaut, and a touch of 2% Tibouren, resulting in a medium salmon-colored wine that showcases the varietal typicity of its components .
On the nose, it offers aromas of strawberry rhubarb, white pepper, apricot, lavender, and tarragon, with an elegant essence of cherry likely emanating from the Cinsaut . The palate presents flavors of melon and tropical banana, balanced by a tense stone minerality .
