Produced by Rhum Barbancourt in Haiti, this edition is crafted from 100% fresh sugar-cane juice (rather than molasses), following the distillery’s long-standing technique rooted in cognac-style double distillation. The spirit is lightly aged (or rested) in stainless steel or neutral containers to preserve clarity, vibrancy, and cane-fresh character. This formula emphasizes the terroir of Haitian cane and the distillery’s heritage of purity and finesse.
Nose: Bright and effervescent: fresh banana, mango, papaya and ripe tropical fruit meet delicate nougat, subtle white pepper, and a herbal breeze.
Palate: Smooth and lively: banana and mango lead the way, followed by creamy nougat sweetness, a hint of spice (white pepper or dry chili), and lightly herbal under-notes. The texture is refined and light, yet the flavor remains vivid.
