Ki One Batch 3 is the most sherry-forward Ki One whisky yet: rich, fruit-driven, and with oak spice that balances the sweetness. If you like bold sherry casks, this is one of the more compelling newer world whiskies to try.
Produced by Three Societies Distillery in Namyangju, South Korea.
Distilled from unpeated malted barley.
Fermented for at least 100 hours in stainless steel.
Twice distilled using Forsyths copper pot stills.
Bottled at 46% ABV. Non-chill-filtered; no added coloring.

Whisky Advocate gave it 90 points, noting baked orange, marmalade, plum, date, sultana & chocolate on the palate. They say the sherry casks seem a much better fit for Ki One’s spirit than virgin oak, and consider this “their best effort to date.”
