Exceptional Cask Selection Mark XXI, aged 12 years in ex-Bourbon casks
"As with all of Foursquare's Exceptional Cask Series this is a Single Blended rum, meaning it is a blend of Pot and Column distilled rums. All of the ECS releases named after the year of distillation have been wonderfully straightforward affairs, aged in first, second, and third fill ex-bourbon casks with no additional maturation. This 12 year old rum was bottled in July of 2022 at a cask strength of 60% ABV, and as always, without any colorant, added flavor or sweetener of any kind. "
