Origins & Craftsmanship
Produced by Kikori (also known for its rice whisky) and crafted in Japan, Yuzuri begins with freshly hand-harvested yuzu fruit paired with locally grown rice and pristine mountain groundwater. The production uses whole-fruit infusion—including peel, pulp and juice—alongside beet and Australian sugar-cane sugars. The result is a deeply aromatic liqueur bottled at 30% ABV (60 proof) and made with natural colour, emphasising purity of flavour and craftsmanship.
Tasting Profile
Nose: Bright and crisp, with distinctive yuzu citrus—like a mix of lemon, mandarin and grapefruit—over floral hints of orange blossom and soft herbal notes.
Palate: Smooth and lively. Initial burst of tart yuzu zest flows into mandarin and lime peel, underpinned by subtle sweetness from the rice-spirit base and a whisper of green tea or fresh herb.
Finish: Clean and lasting. The citrus lingers with a light honeyed trace, finishing with a touch of white-pepper spice and elegant dryness rather than heavy sweetness.

PX Yuzuri: 0.75 oz Kikori · 0.5 oz Yuzuri · 0.5 oz aged sherry (PX) · 0.5 oz lemon juice. Shake with ice, strain into old-fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
Yuzuri Sour: 1.5 oz Kikori · 0.5 oz Yuzuri · 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice · 0.75 oz simple syrup · 1 egg white. Dry-shake, then add ice & shake again. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with shiso leaf.
