"The sweet flavor of cooked agave with herbal and citrus notes as well as the freshness of spearmint and mint.
The aftertaste is persistent without losing flavor long after having tasted the tequila, making the presence of the fruit flavor and the sweet notes of wood, caramel and vanilla more marked without losing the flavor of the cooked agave."
NOTE, THE BLACKWELL 321 RULE: They call is the "classic 3-2-1 ratio" for making a margarita is 3 parts tequila, 2 parts a quality orange liqueur of some description (Ferrand, Rhum JM), and 1 part FRESH SQUEEZED lime juice. This is your starting point—adjust for taste. Adding more tequila almost never hurts.
