Crafted in Jalisco, Mexico — the cradle of fine tequila — Dos Artes Extra Añejo begins with 100 % mature Blue Weber agave sourced from carefully tended highland fields. After hand harvesting, the agave hearts (piñas) are slow-roasted to caramelize natural sugars, fermented with precision, and double-distilled to capture both purity and nuance.
The spirit is then aged for 36 months in oak barrels, a period that comfortably exceeds the regulatory minimum for Extra Añejo classification and allows meaningful interaction between wood and spirit.
