Origins & Craftsmanship

Crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, Cierto is made from 100 % highland blue agave, harvested by experienced agaveros at peak maturity. The Reserve Collection Añejo is matured in premium French Limousin oak barrels for a period sufficient to impart significant depth while preserving the clarity of the agave. The brand emphasises natural, additive-free production—yielding a true expression of its terroir and craft. Its global recognition was confirmed when it was honoured with the Tequila of the Year award at the 2024 London Spirits Competition.

Tasting Profile

Nose: Begins with warm caramel, baked agave sweetness and vanilla bean, layered with toasted oak and a faint suggestion of dark chocolate or roasted nuts.
Palate: Smooth and full-bodied. Flavours of honeyed corn-sweetness, rich toffee, vanilla custard and a subtle citrus zest interplay with creamy oak and a whisper of spice (cinnamon, soft clove). Mid-palate shows cooked agave character and a soft herbal note.
Finish: Long and warming. The toasted oak turns supple, giving way to almond-skin bitterness and a gentle agave-leaf herbaceousness. The lingering texture is silky, leaving echoes of caramel, vanilla, and gentle oak tannin.
