Following a time-honored family tradition, the heirs of the Crassous De Medeuil slowly reduce fresh free-run sugarcane juice into pure sugarcane syrup known as J.M. Sirop de Canne. The greatest Martinique chefs use this syrup in their Creole pastries and Caribbean sauces. Today bartenders around the world have discovered J.M Sirop de Canne to be their favorite alternative sweetener in cocktails.
