PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This sparkling wine has complex aromas of yeasty brioche, hints of orange blossom and ocean air. The palate is fresh, crisp and assertive. The mouthfeel is uncompromisingly dry with a lingering crisp finish. At once rich and dense while maintaining a focused beam of acidity through the long and layered finish.
100% Chardonnay
80% aged in Stainless Steel, 20% aged in neutral Burgundian French oak barrels
