This single barrel 100 proof bourbon whiskey is a complex and flavorful whiskey, with a rich, full-bodied taste and a long, smooth finish. It may be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail.
Aroma: Rich and complex, with notes of oak, vanilla, and caramel. You may also detect hints of spice, such as cinnamon or clove, as well as hints of dark fruit or toffee.
Taste: Bold and full-bodied, with flavors of oak, vanilla, and caramel, with spicy notes of cinnamon or clove, as well as hints of dark fruit or toffee.
Finish: Long and smooth, with a warm, lingering sweetness, with a slight bitterness from the oak, as well as a hint of spice or heat from the high proof.
