Crafted primarily from 80% Corvina and 20% Rondinella grapes, it undergoes the traditional appassimento process, where grapes are dried post-harvest to concentrate flavors. After fermentation, the wine is aged for three years in a combination of oak barrels and French barriques, resulting in a complex profile.

Tasting notes highlight intense aromas of sweet cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate, complemented by cedar and cigar box nuances. The palate offers dried flowers, cassis, and a gripping, dry finish. This vintage was awarded a Silver medal at the 2024 USA Wine
