Revived by Patrick Mata of Olé & Obrigado, this vermouth honors a family recipe from 1880 and is now produced in Spain’s Bierzo region. Crafted in the “French style,” it’s macerated with spices for over 18 months in French oak, allowing flavors to integrate seamlessly through gentle aging.
Grape Base: 90% Mencía and 10% Godello, delivering rich character and balanced structure.
Botanicals & Maceration: Infused with an intricate blend including wormwood, clary sage, gentian, saffron, elderflower, star anise, bitter orange peel, cardamom, cinnamon, pomegranate bark, and more—creating nuanced bitterness, aromatic layers, and a smooth finish.
