Made in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, this vermouth begins with a blend of organically and conventionally farmed white aromatic varietals—like Gewürztraminer, Muscat, Riesling, and Pinot Gris—fortified with house-distilled brandy and gently aged in French oak. It’s then infused with a deeply complex array of botanicals.
Aroma & Flavor: Warm baking spice, citrus peel, and dried herbs weave into dark cherry and vanilla notes, enriched further by bitter-sweet depth and subtle oak.
