The Sibona Civico 10 is a richly aromatic and velvety Vermouth di Torino—layers of dried fruit, bittersweet orange peel, and herbs shine through, all supported by beautifully balanced bitterness and a silky texture.
Crafted in Piedmont by Distilleria Sibona, drawing from traditional Vermouth di Torino methods.
It’s named after the distillery’s original location, Via Roma 10 (Civico 10), in Piobesi d’Alba—where the iconic recipe was perfected.
Made using a slow infusion of 22 carefully selected herbs and spices, including local favorites like artemisia, sweet and bitter orange, vanilla, and gentian.
Nose & Flavor: Rich herbal layers with dried fruits and light citrus—especially bitter orange and vanilla.
Texture: Velvety and harmonious, with a soft tannic structure delivering depth and balancing sweetness.
