This release from the Very Olde St. Nick label (via Preservation Distillery) blends two 11-year-old Kentucky bourbons with a singular, deeply matured 18-year­-plus barrel to create the “Super Freak” expression — thus the designation “11 + year.” The bourbon is bottled at 58.1% ABV (116.2 proof). The small-batch edition is extremely rare: only a handful of barrels per release and austere production make this a collector’s piece.
