This is a milestone release for Sagamore Spirit — their oldest rye to date — and it shows. The 10 years of aging in new, charred American white oak barrels give it depth and maturity beyond their standard offerings. It balances dessert-sweet notes (crème brûlée, honey) with rye spice (white pepper), offering a rich, flavorful, and complex sipping experience. While powerful (110.8 proof / 55.4%), it still retains balance and finesse. Best enjoyed neat or with just a splash of water to open it up.
