The June's Sparkling Rosé is a joyful, elegant Austrian bubbly—bright, crisp and inviting. With a lively blend of red-berry fruit, floral lift and mineral dryness, it’s the kind of sparkling wine that brings effortless style and pleasure.
Crafted in Austria’s Traisental region by winemaker Markus Huber for June’s, this non-vintage sparkling rosé is a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Zweigelt grown on certified organic estate vineyards in Lower Austria. The grapes benefit from limestone-rich soils and cooler climate conditions, harvesting in September after six hours of skin contact to provide the blush colour and early aromatic depth. The wine is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, then aged around four months on lees to build some texture while maintaining freshness and purity.
Nose: Fresh and lively—ripe strawberry, red cherry and hints of hibiscus tea open the bouquet, followed by a crisp citrus peel and soft floral note.
Palate: Light to medium in body with vibrant red-berry core—raspberry, red cherry—framed by crisp acidity and a fine, delicate sparkle. A subtle chalky mineral thread adds lift and precision.
Finish: Dry and refreshing with a clean edge of red berry skins, faint spice and a hint of saline-minerality that keeps it bright and engaging.
