Angel's Envy Triple Oak Bourbon is a masterfully crafted Kentucky straight bourbon that showcases the art of barrel finishing. This expression is the first addition to Angel's Envy's Signature Series in over a decade, introduced under the guidance of Master Distiller Owen Martin.

Triple Oak Finishing Process:

The bourbon begins its journey aged in new American white oak barrels with a No. 3 char. It is then finished in a combination of three distinct oak casks:

• French Oak: Imparts notes of baking spices, chocolate, and cinnamon.

• Chinkapin Oak: Adds layers of caramel, vanilla, and a rich coffee nuance.

• Hungarian Oak: Provides depth and unifies the flavors with its unique characteristics .

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Aromas of fresh, ripe apricot balanced by rich toasted oak, with highlights of honeysuckle blossom.

• Palate: Bold baking spices from the oak with subtle hints of brioche and vanilla custard. Top notes of red plum are anchored by fresh tobacco and leather tannins.

• Finish: A pleasant spice with lingering notes of nutmeg, black pepper, and cardamom, complemented by a refined sweetness of brown sugar and molasses.
