PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The 2023 Villa Antinori Toscana Bianco is a fresh and refined white wine that continues the Antinori family's legacy of winemaking excellence, dating back to 1931. This vintage is a harmonious blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, and Riesling, showcasing the vibrant character of Tuscany.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: An intense and refined bouquet featuring dominant fruity notes of pineapple, golden apple, and banana, complemented by hints of orange blossoms.
Palate: Fresh and mouth-filling with a pleasantly taut structure, leading to a mineral finish that adds complexity and length.
Vinification:
The grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must underwent natural clarification at 10°C, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures not exceeding 18°C. The wine was then stored at 10°C until bottling to preserve its freshness and aromatic profile.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve chilled at 8–10°C. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with seafood dishes, light pastas, salads, and fresh cheeses. Its crisp acidity and mineral notes also make it an excellent aperitif.
