This is the complete Archie Rose core range, and the three bottles tell one story. Archie Rose Distilling Co. opened in Sydney in 2014, the city’s first new distillery since 1853, and every whisky in this set is fermented, distilled, matured, and bottled in-house, from Australian-grown grain. None of it is sourced from another producer. Founder Will Edwards describes the goal as “making exceptional whisky in Australia, from Australian-grown ingredients, with a genuine sense of place,” and after twelve years, the distillery has more than 450 global awards and over 50,000 casks under bond.

The range launched in the US on October 23, 2026, with a new look developed with actor Chris Hemsworth, who joined Edwards as co-owner in August and fronts the campaign. His involvement gets people to look, and the distillery’s record is what earns the second pour.

The three bottles are built to be tasted together. The Straight Rye Malt and the Single Malt are the distillery’s two foundations, and the Australian Original is the marriage of the two. Pour the two parents first, then the blend, and you can taste how the pieces fit: the rye’s gingerbread and spice, the single malt’s roasted nuts and tropical fruit, and the Original’s softer, fruitier, floral middle. It’s a ready-made flight for a whisky night, a tasting, or a gift, and an easy way to understand what Australian whisky is doing differently.

Archie Rose Single Malt Australian Whisky — 46% ABV / 92 Proof
Made from six Australian barley malts, including heirloom and aromatic roasted varieties, aged in Australian fortified wine (apera) casks and European and American oak. Slow-roasted pecans, tropical fruit, banana, toffee, and coffee. Gold and 95 points at the IWSC 2026, Gold at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and seven-time Australia’s Best Single Malt.

Archie Rose Straight Rye Malt Australian Whisky — 46% ABV / 92 Proof
The distillery’s inaugural whisky (2019): Australian-grown rye, malted rather than the usual unmalted, with malted barley, matured in charred virgin American oak. Gingerbread, vanilla, caramel, stone fruit, dried raspberry, and clove. Twice World’s Best Rye Whisky and Rye Whiskey of the Year at the 2026 London Spirits Competition.
