48.6% ABV, 100 ml
"Maceration of roasted cocoa beans, peanuts, coffee, sarsaparilla branches, lime zest, vanilla pods and cinnamon stick. The cocoa beans come from the Habitation Pécoul farm in Basse-Pointe."

INGREDIENTS
4 Bitters JM Cacao Forastero traits
30ml of JM white rum 50°
10ml JM cane syrup
15ml by Sherry Moscatel
30ml
coconut milk
1 whole egg
RECIPE
1. Pour the ingredients directly into your shaker and shake dry
2. Serve in a cocktail glass
3. Decorate with cookie crumbs, chocolate, or coconut and enjoy
