Origins & Craftsmanship
Yellowstone Bourbon is produced by Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, under the direction of seventh-generation Master Distiller Stephen Beam, a descendant of the legendary Beam and Dant distilling families.
The 2025 Limited Edition marks the 10th anniversary of the Yellowstone Limited Edition series, which began in 2015. For this special release, Beam collaborated with the blending team at Ross & Squibb Distillery (formerly MGP) in Indiana, marking the first time the series incorporated barrels from both Kentucky and Indiana distilleries. 
The bourbon is crafted from a blend of three distinct mash bills, each aged 10 years, carefully combined to create a balanced and complex expression.

Tasting Profile
Nose:
Inviting aromas of vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and hints of citrus and red fruit. 
Palate:
Rich and layered with caramel, vanilla, toffee, maple sweetness, and subtle stone-fruit notes, supported by warm baking spices. 
Finish:
Long and warming with charred oak, honey, cherry, and cinnamon, leaving a lingering sweet-spice complexity.
