Distilled in 1998 and bottled in September 2023, this limited release of 5,850 bottles showcases a blend of malt and grain whiskies matured exclusively in refill sherry butts. Bottled at 41.4% ABV without chill filtration or added coloring, it offers an authentic and unadulterated whisky experience.
On the nose, it presents inviting aromas of walnuts, caramel, and subtle oak. The palate unfolds with sweet notes of toffee, fudge, chocolate-covered raisins, and Madeira cake, leading to a finish highlighted by strawberry sauce, prunes, and a hint of tart sherbet .
